Big Bear has been serving A.S.I Distributors since 1995. The Company, founded and based in Buffalo New York, is a premier contract embroiderer and fulfillment service provider. Big Bear is located in the former Larkin Warehouse. Stretching 50,000 square feet, the manufacturing floor spreads the entire length of this historic building. Our order process is second to none because we use an advanced software system called Bear Trax. Bear Trax is used to record and track all information for an order. We also make all information available to our distributors online. At Big Bear we embroider the garments you supply along with receiving, storing, and fulfilling any promotional products for future distribution to your corporate end users. We currently operate with 122 sewing heads, two shifts, and nearly 50 employees. Having this staff allows us to sew over 2800 garments per day!
