Welcome to Big Bear!

Enroll yourself as a Big Bear customer today! Here's how:

1. Download our New Customer Packet. (You'll need Adobe Acrobat to read it.)
2. Fax it back to us at 716-836-6307. Please do not return the packet via email, as email is insecure and we want to keep your account information secure.
3. Send us your first Purchase Order. You can email it to service@nybear.com or fax it to 716-836-6307.

Our New Customer Packet contains:

• New Customer Form - for proper company name, billing, shipping and contact details.
• Credit Card Payment Form - after several successful orders, you'll be able to apply for Net 15 terms.
• Job Approval Process Form - all of your decoration jobs at Big Bear require a job approval.  This process protects you and ensures orders are completed to your specifications.
• Terms and Conditions - please read carefully and contact us with any questions.

Once we have your New Customer Packet, we'll set up your:

• Customer Profile in BearTrax, our custom-built order tracking software - for safe keeping of all of your orders, invoices and logos.
• BearTrax Web Reporting account - you'll be able to access info on your orders, receipts and shipments from your web browser.
• SanMar PSST account - we offer free shipping from SanMar to Big Bear!  Other exciting benefits are included in the PSST program, too!
