Q: Can Your Company Shop stores have more than just wearable items?

A: Yes!  Big Bear offers fulfillment programs that allow for the warehousing of any other items you'd like to include in your online store.  Branded items such a coffee mugs, water bottles, pens, notebooks, mouse pads, and more can be stored at Big Bear, included in your store's offerings, and shipped whenever ordered.

Q: Can I have more than one logo available for my customers to choose from?

A: Yes!  You can offer your customer's different logos, color schemes, or sizes.  Many of the garments and accessories available via the Your Company Shop catalog have multiple sewable locations, as well, so you can choose exactly where you'd like your logos to go on each item!

Q: Who controls the pricing on the items available in my store?

A: You do!  Each product has a distributor mark up that is set by you.

Q: How do I get paid?

A: Assuming your online store is processing orders, you'll be paid each month.  Accounts are reconciled about 30 days after the close of each month; at that time, your Net sales check and monthly report will be sent directly to you.  Your Net sales check is simply your Gross sales, less any processing fees.

Q: What types of logo artwork files can be submitted to Big Bear for digitization?

A: We prefer .eps files but can frequently work with .jpeg files as well.

Q: How are orders fulfilled?

A: All orders are submitted directly to Big Bear.  Once orders are sewn, packed, and ready for delivery shipping will be arranged from the Big Bear facility directly to the buyer via UPS.
